Blueline has a reputation for honest dealing, fair pricing, and a heart for the community. Part of that community consciousness results in being as efficient as possible with construction waste material and thinking green. Blueline is a certified Green Business and employs LEED Accredited Professionals in-house to offer valuable input for construction materials and efficient use of resources.

Blueline recycles almost 100% of the demolished materials such as concrete, ceiling tiles, flooring, metals and glass. Low VOC wall paints are used on all our job's interior work. Filters are used on ventilation systems and protective carpet coverings are used on all jobs to minimized dust or allergens from spreading beyond the contained construction site keeping the building clean and healthy for your tenants.

We also encourage our staff to carpool to job sites to minimize impact on the environment.
