• THE PROJECT

    This modern and unique interior tenant improvement in Walnut Creek took roughly 6 months to complete and included upgraded finishes with steel, tile and glass accents throughout. The project included new offices, conference rooms and an upgraded kitchen/lounge area with LED lighting, new partitions, updated HVAC system and complex steel work.
